Senior Care Assistant

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant for a temporary full-time assignment at the published recruitment location of Minchin Road, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 0BL. The role supports residents in a residential and dementia-care environment and includes person-centred personal care, shift coordination, care-plan implementation, accurate daily records and handovers, safeguarding, infection prevention, nutrition and hydration monitoring, safe moving and handling, resident observations, family communication, coaching care assistants and medicines support only after training and a documented competency assessment. The gross hourly rate is £14.75 for 36 hours per week. The assignment uses day shifts and includes alternate weekend working. Applicants must already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom, be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check in the adult workforce with an Adults' Barred List check where the duties constitute regulated activity, and provide suitable care references. This MaViAl assignment does not provide UK visa sponsorship. From 22 July 2025, new overseas entry-clearance applications for care workers and senior care workers closed; limited in-country transitional switching remains subject to the Immigration Rules. A Polish PDA1/A1 certificate may concern social-security coverage but is not a UK visa, right-to-work document, DBS clearance or care qualification.
