These Terms of Use explain how OpeningsHub works and the rules for employers, recruiters, and job seekers. By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms.
1. General provisions
OpeningsHub (the “Site”) is a job listing platform. Employers and recruiters can post vacancies, and job seekers can browse and apply. The Site may provide filters (for example, language, work type, visa sponsorship, or housing) to help users find relevant opportunities.
These Terms govern your use of the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate, current information when posting, contacting, or creating an account.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access secure.
- You must comply with applicable laws in your country and in the country where the job is located.
Accuracy
Do not publish misleading job titles, locations, compensation, or requirements.
Compliance
Follow employment, advertising, and anti-fraud rules that apply to your listings and actions.
3. Rules for employers and recruiters
When you post a job, you confirm that you have the right to hire for that role and that the job is real. Job postings must be clear and not deceptive.
- Use a truthful job title and specify the correct location (or remote/hybrid/onsite).
- Describe responsibilities and requirements in plain language.
- Do not hide important conditions (for example: unpaid trials, illegal deductions, or fake “fees”).
- If you claim visa sponsorship or housing support, it must be real and explained clearly.
- Respect candidate privacy and use applicant data only for recruitment purposes.
4. Rules for job seekers
- Provide truthful information in applications and communication with employers.
- Do not impersonate others or submit fraudulent documents.
- Do not harass employers, recruiters, or other users.
- Report suspicious listings or messages using our Contact page.
5. Prohibited content and behavior
The following is not allowed on the Site:
- Fake job offers, pyramid schemes, “easy money” scams, or misleading recruitment.
- Requests for upfront payments from candidates (including “training fees” or “deposit fees”).
- Content that violates law, promotes discrimination, or incites hatred or violence.
- Adult content, illegal products/services, or content intended to deceive users.
- Spam, duplicate postings, keyword stuffing, or manipulative posting practices.
- Attempting to bypass moderation, scrape data, or disrupt the Site’s operation.
6. Moderation and removal
We may review, edit for clarity (minor formatting), restrict visibility, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, or that appears unsafe or deceptive. We may take these actions without prior notice.
Moderation decisions are made to protect users and the integrity of the Site. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact us with the job link, title, and a clear explanation.
7. Paid services
Some features may be paid (for example: highlighted listings, featured placement, or promotional campaigns). If you purchase a paid service, you agree to the price and scope described at the time of purchase (or confirmed in writing).
- Activation: paid upgrades start after confirmation and payment (invoice or payment link).
- Delivery: paid visibility features do not guarantee a specific number of applicants.
- Refunds: handled case-by-case in line with applicable law and payment provider rules.
- Abuse: we may refuse or cancel paid services for prohibited content or policy violations.
8. Intellectual property
The Site design, logos, and software are owned by OpeningsHub or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse Site materials without permission.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and process that content for operating the Site and promoting listings within OpeningsHub services.
9. Liability and disclaimers
The Site is a platform for listings and does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or party to any employment contract. We do not verify every statement made by users and do not guarantee job outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpeningsHub is not liable for losses resulting from job listings, communications, hiring decisions, or actions taken outside the Site. You are responsible for your use of the Site and for verifying opportunities before acting on them.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or restrict access if we believe there is a risk to users, a violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity. Serious violations may result in permanent restrictions.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The “Updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
