1. General provisions
OpeningsHub (the “Site”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a job listing platform where employers and recruiters may publish vacancies and job seekers may browse, filter and apply to opportunities. The Site may include search, filters, employer pages, country or category navigation, and promotional placements.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Site. By using OpeningsHub, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may use the Site only if you are legally able to do so under applicable law and if your use does not violate local employment, advertising, anti-discrimination, consumer protection, privacy or fraud-prevention rules.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, posting a job, submitting a form or contacting us.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, login or published materials.
- You must keep your access credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You must not create accounts or submit information on behalf of another person or business without authorization.
Eligibility basics
- Employers and recruiters must have a legitimate basis to advertise the role.
- Job seekers must provide truthful information in applications and communications.
- All users must comply with the law in their own country and, where relevant, in the country of work.
3. Rules for employers and recruiters
When publishing a job or contacting candidates through the Site, you confirm that the vacancy is real, that you have the right to recruit for it, and that the information presented is materially accurate.
3.1 Accuracy of listings
- Use a truthful job title and a correct location, including remote, hybrid or onsite status.
- Describe the role, responsibilities, schedule and requirements in plain language.
- Do not conceal key conditions such as deductions, unpaid periods, subcontracting structures or licensing requirements.
- If you mention salary, bonuses, housing, transport, meals, training, relocation or visa sponsorship, those claims must be genuine and reasonably explained.
3.2 Candidate treatment and data use
- Use applicant data only for lawful recruitment-related purposes.
- Do not request excessive personal information unrelated to hiring.
- Do not pressure candidates into payments, purchases or unrelated services.
- Respect privacy, dignity and non-discrimination requirements throughout the recruitment process.
3.3 Responsibility for compliance
Employers and recruiters remain responsible for the legality of their listings, recruitment process, documentation requests, communications and hiring decisions. Publication on the Platform does not mean that OpeningsHub approves or certifies the employer’s legal compliance.
4. Rules for job seekers
Job seekers may browse listings, contact employers through permitted channels and submit applications based on the information shown on the Site. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your submissions and for verifying opportunities before taking action.
- Provide truthful and current information in applications, CVs, messages and uploaded materials.
- Do not impersonate another person or use forged, altered or misleading documents.
- Do not harass, threaten or abuse employers, recruiters or other users.
- Use common-sense caution before sharing sensitive documents or sending money.
- Report suspicious content, fake jobs or abusive messages through the Contact page.
Independent verification
Before accepting an offer, traveling, signing documents or making any payment, you should independently verify the employer identity, the vacancy details, the location, the compensation structure and the legal basis for the recruitment process.
5. Prohibited content and behavior
The following content or behavior is prohibited on OpeningsHub:
- Fake job offers, scam recruitment, pyramid schemes, deceptive “easy money” offers or misleading business opportunities.
- Requests for upfront payments from candidates for access to a job, interview, training, permit, placement or document processing, where such requests are deceptive, unlawful or insufficiently disclosed.
- False statements about salary, housing, visa sponsorship, legal status, contract terms, schedule or work conditions.
- Discriminatory, unlawful, hateful, violent, harassing or abusive content.
- Adult content, illegal products or services, or materials unrelated to lawful employment.
- Spam, duplicate postings, keyword stuffing, cloaking, misleading redirects or manipulative listing practices.
- Scraping, automated extraction, unauthorized crawling, attempts to bypass moderation, security abuse or disruption of Site operations.
6. Moderation and removal
We may review content before or after publication. To protect users and platform quality, we may edit minor formatting, limit visibility, request clarification, reject, unpublish or remove listings or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, applicable law or reasonable safety standards.
- We may act with or without prior notice where we believe there is a user-safety risk, deception risk or legal concern.
- Moderation may include ranking changes, geographic restrictions, temporary holds or permanent removal.
- Repeated violations, false statements or attempts to bypass moderation may lead to longer-term restrictions.
Appeals and complaints
If you believe your content was restricted or removed in error, contact us via the Contact page and include the job title, URL, relevant screenshots and a clear explanation. We may request supporting information before reviewing the case.
7. Paid services
Some products on the Site may be offered for a fee, including featured placement, highlighted visibility, employer promotion or related commercial services. The exact scope of a paid service is the scope described at the time of purchase, in the invoice, payment link or written confirmation.
7.1 Activation and delivery
- Paid services start after confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delivery may depend on listing approval, policy compliance and technical availability.
- Visibility products improve exposure but do not guarantee views, applications, interviews or hires.
7.2 Refunds and cancellations
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account the service delivered, applicable law and payment-provider rules.
- We may refuse, suspend or cancel paid services for prohibited, deceptive or unsafe content.
- Where a listing is blocked because it violates these Terms, eligibility for refund may be limited.
8. Intellectual property
The Site design, layout, branding, logos, software, text compilation and platform functionality are owned by OpeningsHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit protected Site materials without permission.
- You retain ownership of content you submit, such as job descriptions or company materials, subject to rights you grant us to operate the Site.
License you grant to OpeningsHub
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to host, display, format, reproduce, distribute and process that content as necessary to operate, promote and improve OpeningsHub services.
9. Liability and disclaimers
OpeningsHub is a platform for job discovery and listing publication. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it does not act as the employer, recruitment agency, legal adviser, immigration adviser or contractual counterparty in the employment relationship between users.
We do not verify every statement in every listing and do not guarantee the legality, availability, quality, timing or outcome of any vacancy, interview process, job offer, relocation process or employment contract.
- You use the Site at your own risk and remain responsible for verifying opportunities before acting.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpeningsHub is not liable for losses arising from listings, communications, hiring outcomes, third-party conduct or actions taken outside the Site.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Site or specific features if we believe there is a risk to users, a violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent conduct or unlawful activity.
- Restrictions may be temporary or permanent depending on severity and recurrence.
- Serious safety or fraud issues may result in immediate blocking without prior warning.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes. The “Updated” date shown near the top of this page indicates the latest revision date.
Continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated version, you should stop using the Site.

Can employers post any job they want?
No. Listings must be lawful, accurate and non-deceptive. Fake jobs, discriminatory offers, scam content and misleading payment-related recruitment practices are not allowed.
Does OpeningsHub verify every employer or vacancy?
No. We may moderate content and restrict suspicious listings, but we do not guarantee that every statement in every listing has been independently verified. Users must perform their own checks before acting.
Can paid placement guarantee applicants or hires?
No. Paid visibility may improve exposure, but it does not guarantee traffic, applications, interviews or hiring results.
What should job seekers do if a listing looks suspicious?
Stop communication, do not send money, and do not share unnecessary sensitive documents. Then contact us through the Contact page with the listing details and your explanation.
