Seasonal Soft Fruit Packhouse Worker

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting Seasonal Soft Fruit Packhouse Workers for a temporary full-time assignment in Fordoun, Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire AB30 1JX. The assignment is expected to last approximately 8 weeks, with a possible extension depending on crop volumes and business requirements. Work includes weighing and recording soft fruit, feeding packing lines, sorting, grading, quality checks, packing, labelling, pallet and tray handling, hygiene, cleaning and other packhouse duties. Workers must be flexible for day, back or night shifts, including weekends. The gross rate is £13.50 per hour. Overtime is £19.07 per hour after 8 hours worked on any day or after 48 hours worked in the week. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, arrange their own accommodation and reliable transport, and hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom before travel. This MaViAl assignment does not provide accommodation or UK visa sponsorship. The UK Seasonal Worker immigration route requires sponsorship by an approved scheme operator; MaViAl is not acting as a Seasonal Worker scheme sponsor for this vacancy. Where the legal conditions for temporary posting are met, a Polish PDA1/A1 certificate may confirm continued Polish social-security coverage; it is not a UK visa or work permit.
