Parcel Sortation Warehouse Operative

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting Parcel Sortation Warehouse Operatives for a temporary flexible assignment at the published reporting location of Siskin Parkway West, Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry, West Midlands CV3 4PF. The role includes unloading and loading vehicles, moving roll cages and parcels, scanning barcodes, sorting items by route and destination, feeding or clearing conveyor systems, checking labels, identifying damaged or misrouted parcels, staging consignments for dispatch, maintaining clear pedestrian routes and completing housekeeping and shift handovers. The gross hourly rate is £14.68. Day and night shifts may be available; exact weekly hours, call times, breaks, overtime and shift allocation are stated in the written assignment. Applicants must be physically able to work on foot, handle parcels safely, follow scanner and conveyor instructions, maintain accuracy under time pressure and communicate in English for safety and team coordination. Previous warehouse, parcel, logistics, production or loading experience is beneficial but not always essential where site training is provided. Applicants must already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom before travel. This MaViAl assignment does not provide UK visa sponsorship. Warehouse operatives are classified under SOC 9252 as Medium Skilled with eligibility restricted to workers extending in the same occupation; this is not a general route for new overseas sponsorship. Where the legal posting conditions are met, a Polish PDA1/A1 may confirm continued Polish social-security coverage; it is not a UK visa, right-to-work document, forklift licence or warehouse authorisation.
