Fabricator / MIG Welder

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an experienced Fabricator / MIG Welder for a full-time temporary assignment at Easton Road, Bathgate, West Lothian EH48 2SF, Scotland. The base rate for this vacancy is £17.00 gross per hour. Authorised overtime is paid from £25.50 gross per hour.The regular schedule is Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 06:00 to 13:00. Exact paid hours, unpaid breaks, overtime approval and any shift changes are confirmed in writing.The work includes fabrication and MIG welding of steel components, reading engineering drawings, marking out, cutting, drilling, grinding, preparing edges, assembling and tacking components, checking dimensions and squareness, controlling distortion, completing visual quality checks, reporting defects and maintaining a safe and orderly workshop.Applicants must submit an English CV, have verifiable metal-fabrication and MIG-welding experience, be able to work independently from drawings, complete a practical trade test, communicate safely in English and already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom. UK visa sponsorship is not included in this MaViAl assignment.The employment relationship remains with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland. Work starts only after written confirmation of the UK host organisation, exact workshop entrance, assignment scope, rate, paid hours, overtime rules, work permission, trade-test result, qualifications, induction, PPE, tools, insurance, travel and accommodation arrangements where applicable, tax treatment and social-security position. Portable Document A1, where issued by ZUS, concerns social-security coverage and does not itself grant permission to work in the UK.
