Customer Service Advisor

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time temporary assignment at Glencoe Road, Yeading, Hayes UB4 9SN, London, England. The guaranteed base rate is £13.52 gross per hour for approximately 36.75 paid hours per week.The role includes supporting customers in person and through approved digital channels, answering product and service queries, processing orders and collections, handling returns and complaints, recording customer interactions accurately, following payment and data-protection procedures, and maintaining service standards during busy trading periods.Applicants must submit an English CV, communicate clearly in spoken and written English, be comfortable using customer-service and point-of-sale systems, work flexibly across a Monday-to-Sunday rota, and already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom. UK visa sponsorship is not included in this MaViAl assignment.The employment relationship remains with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland. The assignment starts only after written confirmation of the UK host location, shift pattern, right-to-work evidence, role scope, induction, data-security requirements, equipment, tax treatment and social-security position.
