Construction Project Manager

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an experienced Construction Project Manager for a temporary full-time assignment in Birmingham B1 1AA and surrounding project areas. The role covers delivery of social-housing refurbishment and planned-works programmes, management of Site Managers and subcontractors, programme control, client reporting, commercial awareness, quality, health and safety, change control and handover. The gross hourly rate is £56.25, equivalent to £450 for an eight-hour working day. Applicants must hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom before travel. This MaViAl assignment does not provide UK visa sponsorship. Where the statutory conditions for temporary posting are met, a PDA1/A1 certificate may confirm continued Polish social-security coverage; it is not a UK visa or work permit.
