Care Assistant / Support Worker

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Care Assistant / Support Worker for a full-time temporary assignment in Headington, Oxford OX3, England. The published base rate is £14.50–£15.50 gross per hour for approximately 37.5 paid hours per week.The worker supports adults in a residential or supported-living setting with daily routines, personal care where included in the care plan, mobility, meals, hydration, activities, factual daily notes, handovers and prompt escalation of safeguarding or health concerns.Applicants must submit an English CV, communicate clearly in English, be able to work rota shifts and already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom. This vacancy does not offer new overseas visa sponsorship. Enhanced DBS and Adults' Barred List checks are required where the assigned duties constitute regulated activity.The employment relationship remains with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland. Any UK assignment is activated only after verification of the worker's UK right to work, the identity and regulatory status of the client care provider, written assignment terms, social-security coverage, DBS eligibility and role-specific training.
