CNC Programmer & Setup Specialist

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a CNC Programmer & Setup Specialist for a full-time on-site industrial manufacturing role in Nilüfer, Bursa, Turkey.

Compensation: ₺400 gross per hour. Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations.
• Set up machines, fixtures, cutting tools and work offsets for new and repeat jobs.
• Read technical drawings, tolerances and machining specifications.
• Perform first-piece checks using standard precision measuring tools.
• Adjust cutting parameters to improve cycle time, tool life and process stability.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling and dimensional issues with production and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate setup notes and follow workplace safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical CNC programming and machine setup experience.
• Confident use of G-code and M-code and a strong understanding of machining fundamentals.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with tight tolerances.
• Experience with common CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens or Heidenhain is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of calipers, micrometers and other dimensional inspection tools.
• Reliable workplace communication in English or Turkish.
