CNC Machining Center Programmer / Setup Technician

Open full-time on-site vacancy for an experienced CNC Machining Center Programmer / Setup Technician in Sincan, Ankara. The role focuses on CNC setup, programming, tooling, first-off inspection and stable production of precision components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers for repeatable production.
• Create, edit and optimize CNC programs and machining parameters.
• Select tools, fixtures and cutting conditions for assigned parts.
• Read technical drawings, tolerances and machining documentation.
• Measure first-off and in-process parts with calipers, micrometers and other inspection tools.
• Identify process deviations and make safe corrective adjustments.
• Record setup and quality information and keep the work area organized.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on CNC machining center setup and programming experience.
• Practical knowledge of G-code and at least one common control family such as Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with dimensional tolerances.
• Confident use of measuring tools used in precision machining.
• Ability to follow workshop safety and quality procedures.

• Location: Sincan, Ankara, Turkey.
• Work mode: on-site.
• Employment: full-time.
• Base rate: ₺260 gross per hour.
