Chef de Partie

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a full-time temporary assignment in Mayfair, London W1J, England. The published base rate is £19.25 gross per hour for approximately 40 paid hours per week.The Chef de Partie is responsible for a kitchen section, mise en place, service timing, consistent plating, food-safety checks, allergen controls, stock rotation, waste control, clean-down and clear communication with the pass and kitchen brigade.Applicants must submit an English CV, have at least two years of verifiable professional kitchen experience, be able to run a section independently and already hold valid permission to work in the United Kingdom. Service charge, TRONC and tips are separate from the guaranteed base rate and are not guaranteed. UK visa sponsorship is not included in this assignment.The employment relationship remains with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland. The UK assignment starts only after individual verification of UK work permission, written assignment terms, social-security coverage, food-safety requirements and client onboarding. Portable Document A1, where issued by ZUS, concerns social-security coverage and does not itself grant permission to work in the UK.
