Open permanent full-time Scaffolder vacancy in Vancouver, British Columbia with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. Base pay is CAD 39.00 gross per hour for 40 hours per week.The role involves loading, staging and moving scaffold materials; erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades; installing platforms, guardrails, toe boards and access components; checking level, stability and safe access; maintaining exclusion zones and housekeeping; and following project-specific fall-protection and scaffold procedures.This vacancy aligns with NOC 75110 — Construction trades helpers and labourers. For this vacancy, at least 2 years of practical scaffolding or closely related construction-at-height experience is required.Work is on site and may be outdoors, at heights, noisy and dusty. Fall protection is required where applicable, including work where a fall of 3 metres or more may occur, and workers must be instructed in the fall-protection system and procedures before entering a fall-hazard area.Standard schedule is 40 hours per week. In British Columbia, overtime generally applies after more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week, with double time after more than 12 hours in a day, subject to applicable averaging agreements, variances and exclusions.Work location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
