Personal Support Worker (PSW)

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Personal Support Worker (PSW) for an on-site assignment in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Base pay: CAD 23.00 gross per hour. Schedule: full-time, shift-based; exact weekly hours and shift pattern are confirmed in the written assignment before deployment.Duties: support activities of daily living, safe mobility and transfers, hygiene and comfort, meal and hydration support when assigned, infection-prevention routines, observation, documentation and escalation of changes to supervising staff.Requirements: PSW qualification or other training accepted for the specific Ontario care setting, relevant care experience where required, English sufficient for safe workplace communication, and completion of site-specific screening. Health-services work may require an immigration medical examination. Canadian work authorization must be confirmed before the employee starts work.The employment relationship is with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland. A temporary assignment to Canada can proceed only where a lawful Canadian work-authorization route and host-site arrangement have been confirmed.
