Dispatcher Assistant

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is accepting CV applications for an open, full-time Dispatcher Assistant position in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The gross base wage is 21.00–25.00 CAD per hour. Duties include answering calls and emails, logging pickup and delivery requests, updating dispatch boards and transportation-management systems, recording driver check-ins, tracking ETAs and route exceptions, preparing manifests and proof-of-delivery records, communicating with drivers, warehouse teams and customers, escalating delays and incidents, and maintaining accurate timestamps, addresses and service notes. Candidates need strong attention to detail, confident computer and typing skills, calm communication, basic spreadsheet experience, workplace English and legal authorization to work in Canada. Previous dispatch, logistics, courier, trucking, warehouse or customer-service experience is preferred.
