Baker Assistant / Bakery Helper

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is accepting applications for an open Baker Assistant / Bakery Helper position in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.Gross pay is 18.00–21.90 CAD per hour. The normal schedule is 40 hours per week, with early, day, evening or night shifts depending on production. Overtime is paid according to Manitoba employment standards when applicable.Responsibilities include weighing and staging ingredients, preparing trays and racks, supporting dough and batter production, packing and labelling finished goods, checking product quality, cleaning equipment and work areas, and following food-safety and allergen-control procedures.Applicants must be reliable, able to stand for a full shift, perform repetitive manual tasks, lift up to 20 kg when required, follow English safety instructions, and work in warm production areas or near chilled storage. Bakery, food-production, kitchen-prep or packing experience is preferred.The work location is Winnipeg, Manitoba. The exact bakery or production-site address is confirmed in the written job offer and assignment order. Candidates must hold or obtain valid Canadian work authorization before starting work.A worker employed by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland may be sent to Canada under a written temporary-assignment order. Where the Poland–Canada social-security agreement applies, ZUS may issue certificate PL-CAN 01 confirming Polish social-security legislation.
