Position Overview
Saint Francis Health System is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to assist patients, families, and customers. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.

Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Karanasan
1+ year of customer service, call center, healthcare support, or administrative experience preferred.
Experience handling customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
Experience using computers, email, and basic office software.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Previous remote-work experience is a plus.
