Industrial Electrician

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting one Industrial Electrician for full-time port and rail systems maintenance at the Port of Sundsvall, Tunadalshamnen, Sjöfartsvägen 11, 856 34 Sundsvall, Sweden.

The role covers preventive maintenance, electrical fault finding and authorised repairs on motor-control centres, drives, conveyors, crane-support systems, shore-power equipment and rail-terminal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in low-voltage distribution, motors, variable-frequency drives, sensors and control circuits.
• Complete planned inspections and electrical preventive-maintenance tasks.
• Repair or replace authorised components and verify safe operation before handover.
• Use electrical drawings, equipment manuals and maintenance systems accurately.
• Apply safe isolation, lockout, permit-to-work and port security procedures.

Requirements

• At least four years of documented industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Completed vocational electrical or automation education, or demonstrably equivalent training.
• Practical experience with motors, drives, switchgear and industrial control circuits.
• Working technical English at B2 level or higher; Swedish is an advantage.
• Eligibility for the employing electrical installation company's self-audit scheme and port security clearance.

The gross base rate is 260 SEK per hour. Working time is 40 hours per week on rotating day and evening shifts according to the published roster. Apply only through the official OpeningsHub resume form.
