CNC Mill-Turn Operator

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an experienced CNC mill-turn operator for an on-site precision manufacturing role in the Viared industrial area of Borås, Västra Götaland County, Sweden.

The work includes setting and operating CNC turning or mill-turn equipment, making approved program and offset corrections, selecting tools, reading technical drawings, measuring finished components, documenting quality results, and carrying out basic operator maintenance.

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant CNC machining experience, be confident with common measuring instruments, understand tolerances, communicate in working English, and be available for a rotating two-shift schedule. Swedish is useful but is not required for the initial selection.

The position is full-time at 40 hours per week. The offered base pay is 215 SEK gross per hour. Any overtime or shift supplements are specified in the written employment offer.
