Cement Kiln Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Cement Kiln Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site industrial position based in Rumelange, Luxembourg. The end employer is confidential during the initial application stage.

The technician will inspect, service and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment used in clinker and mineral-processing operations. Assigned assets may include rotary-kiln auxiliaries, crushers, conveyors, bucket elevators, fans, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, bearings, motors, variable-frequency drives, sensors and control panels.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, safe isolation, fault diagnosis, alignment, controlled component replacement, lubrication checks, functional testing and complete maintenance records. Production settings and safety interlocks must not be changed without authorisation.

The advertised base rate is €26.00 gross per paid hour for 40 paid hours per week. Exact shifts, breaks, premiums, overtime, standby duties and compensation must be confirmed in the written offer and contract.

Applicants need a recognised qualification in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related trade; at least four years of relevant maintenance experience; working English; and practical competence with rotating equipment, industrial drives, electrical drawings and diagnostic tools. French, German or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
