Building Maintenance Technician

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Building Maintenance Technician for a full-time on-site position in Bertrange, Luxembourg. The end employer is confidential during the initial application stage.

The employee will inspect commercial building systems, complete planned maintenance, diagnose routine faults, carry out minor electrical and mechanical repairs, record completed work, report safety issues, and coordinate specialist contractors when required.

The position pays €19.23 gross per hour for 40 hours per week. The normal schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, including a 30-minute unpaid break. Any schedule change or overtime must be confirmed under the employment contract and Luxembourg law.

Applicants need a vocational qualification in building services, electrical, mechanical, or general maintenance, or comparable documented experience; at least two years of relevant practical experience; working English; safe use of hand and power tools; and the ability to read maintenance instructions and record work accurately.
