Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to lead and hold others accountable, communicate effectively, use handheld scanners and other assigned technology, work independently and with a team, prioritize multiple tasks, climb ladders, handle cash-register operations when needed, move merchandise up to 44 pounds and work a variable schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, closing shifts and other peak shopping periods.
