Customer Service Parcel Specialist

Responsibilities include maintaining logs for incoming and outgoing parcels, sorting and staging packages, preparing shipments for carrier pickup, using electronic tracking systems, assisting customers with shipping methods and packaging services, maintaining package-security standards, operating point-of-sale systems, controlling shipping supplies and inventory, resolving routine customer-service issues, investigating mislabeled packages, troubleshooting routine equipment issues and supporting other center functions as required.
