Line Cook

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is accepting applications for a temporary full-time Line Cook assignment in Ludlow, Vermont. Duties include station setup, food preparation, cooking menu items to specification, portion and temperature control, plating, sanitation, allergen procedures, stock rotation and end-of-shift cleaning. The position pays USD 20.72 gross per hour for 40 hours per week. Applicants need at least six months of restaurant cooking experience, functional English, reliable attendance and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Work may begin only after the required U.S. employer or agent process, petition, visa or other work authorization has been completed. A Polish assignment order, PL/USA 1 certificate, ESTA or visitor visa does not itself authorize employment in the United States.
