HVAC & Facility Maintenance Worker

Open full-time temporary HVAC and Facility Maintenance Worker vacancy in Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska 68352.The worker maintains and repairs HVAC, evaporative-cooling, ventilation, fan, boiler, pipe, insulation, mechanical and building systems at an agricultural production facility. Duties include installing, aligning and balancing equipment; assisting with wiring and controls within authorized scope; diagnosing mechanical problems; repairing cooling systems, feed lines and fans; reading diagrams and maintenance manuals; insulating equipment and piping; maintaining accurate repair records; and keeping work areas safe.The gross base rate is $24.45 per hour for an expected 45-hour week. The planned schedule is 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some Saturday work. Daily hours may change because of weather, production conditions and maintenance needs.Employment and any temporary assignment from Poland require written assignment terms, valid U.S. work authorization, and confirmation of the real U.S. petitioning employer or authorized agent, host facility, housing, daily transport and reporting point.
