Construction Laborer

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a full-time Construction Laborer for project work in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The base wage is $21.00 gross per hour.Responsibilities include jobsite preparation, loading and moving materials, maintaining clear access routes, assisting skilled trades, using basic hand tools where authorized, continuous cleanup, and following all site safety instructions.Applicants must submit an English CV, be physically ready for manual construction work, follow PPE and safety rules, communicate basic safety information in English, and be legally authorized to work in the United States before starting.The employment relationship is with MaViAl Sp. z o.o. in Poland. A temporary U.S. assignment is documented in writing. The EU A1 certificate does not apply in the United States. Where the U.S.–Poland Social Security Agreement conditions are met, Polish social insurance may continue under a certificate of coverage issued by ZUS. This social-security certificate does not replace U.S. work authorization.
