Role overview
MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an experienced Formwork Carpenter for a full-time construction assignment in Bergen, Vestland, Norway.
The role includes assembling and dismantling PERI/DOKA formwork systems, reading drawings, preparing reinforced-concrete elements, checking dimensions and working safely with the site team.
Base pay is NOK 290 gross per hour. The planned schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the final site schedule confirmed before assignment. Overtime is paid according to applicable Norwegian rules and the written employment offer.
Applicants should have documented formwork experience, be able to work from technical drawings and communicate safely in English or Norwegian. A trade certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Norway or be eligible for the required permit or registration.
