The Role: Independent working chef -IJob Description and Tasks: From our new colleague, we expect that he/she will:Prepares the ingredients for the dishes and assess the quality of the products/[contact hidden] basic cooking techniques, prepares and presents dishes according to recipes and quality [contact hidden] out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and intermediate quality [contact hidden] responsible for inventory and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment [contact hidden] supervises assistant(s) and provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and [contact hidden] ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processesSupervising compliance with regulations and the work of the assistants.
Your Profile:MBO 3 working and thinking level. Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
