Role overview
MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Senior OT Cybersecurity Consultant for a full-time hybrid assignment based at HSD Campus in The Hague, Netherlands. The consultant assesses and improves the cyber resilience of industrial control systems and critical infrastructure environments.
Key responsibilities
- Assess OT and industrial control system architectures, assets, zones, conduits and trust boundaries.
- Perform IEC 62443 gap assessments, cyber risk analyses and security maturity reviews.
- Design pragmatic network segmentation, secure remote access and monitoring controls.
- Translate NIS2 and sector requirements into technical remediation roadmaps.
- Support incident readiness, tabletop exercises and recovery planning for operational environments.
Requirements
- At least seven years of cybersecurity experience, including three years in OT, ICS or industrial automation.
- Strong working knowledge of IEC 62443, NIS2, risk assessment and defence-in-depth.
- Experience with industrial protocols, network architecture, asset discovery and OT monitoring.
- Professional English and permission to work in the Netherlands.
