Senior Chemical Process Operator – Five-Shift Rotation

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Senior Chemical Process Operator for an on-site position at Chemelot industrial park in Geleen, Netherlands. The operator monitors, controls and improves complex continuous and batch process installations in a five-shift rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor process conditions through the distributed control system and field instrumentation.
• Adjust pressure, temperature, flow, level and pH within approved operating limits.
• Complete field rounds, sampling, start-ups, shutdowns and equipment handovers.
• Identify deviations, respond to alarms and coordinate safe corrective action.
• Record production data and contribute to process safety and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• VAPRO B, VAPRO C or an equivalent process-technology qualification.
• At least three years of process operating experience in chemical, petrochemical or comparable continuous production.
• Experience with DCS operation, field equipment and permit-to-work procedures.
• Professional English and permission to work in the Netherlands.
