Rail Workshop Mechanical Fitter & Assembly Technician

Open full-time heavy mechanical fitting vacancy in Rotterdam, South Holland.Work includes dismantling and assembling heavy mechanical modules, fitting bearings, bushings, shafts and couplings, mounting guards and structural components, controlled bolting and torque tightening, checking clearances and alignment, replacing worn mechanical parts, supporting workshop repairs, completing mechanical inspection points and reporting defects before equipment returns to service.Base pay is €22.00 gross per hour for 40 hours per week. The employee is hired by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. and temporarily posted from Poland to the Netherlands where the legal requirements are met.Previous mechanical fitting, machine assembly, rail, shipyard, heavy-vehicle, aviation-maintenance or comparable industrial experience, safe tool use, basic English and reliable attendance are required.
