Heavy Steel MIG/MAG Welder & Fitter

Open full-time heavy-steel welding vacancy in Capelle aan den IJssel, South Holland.Work includes reading fabrication drawings, preparing and fitting heavy steel components, positioning and tack welding assemblies, MIG/MAG welding using processes 135/136, completing strong fillet and multi-pass welds, working on large frames and industrial lifting assemblies, using lifting aids for heavy workpieces, grinding and finishing weld areas where required, carrying out visual weld inspection and dimensional checks, and reporting defects before handover.Base pay is €24.00 gross per hour for 40 hours per week. The employee is hired by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. and temporarily posted from Poland to the Netherlands where the legal requirements are met.Previous professional MIG/MAG structural welding experience, technical-drawing skills, safe tool use, basic English and reliable attendance are required.
