Experienced Meat Cutting & Deboning Assistant

Open full-time meat-processing vacancy in Venlo, Limburg.Work includes supporting cutting and deboning operations, trimming meat, removing excess fat and unwanted parts, portioning meat to production specifications, checking appearance and weight, preparing product for packing, cleaning and disinfecting knives and work surfaces, maintaining traceability and following strict food-hygiene and knife-safety procedures.Base pay is €19.00 gross per hour for 40 hours per week. The employee is hired by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. and temporarily posted from Poland to the Netherlands where the legal requirements are met.Previous meat cutting, deboning, butchery or meat-processing experience, safe knife skills, physical readiness, basic English and reliable attendance are required.
