Building Maintenance Handyman

Open full-time building maintenance vacancy in Amsterdam, North Holland.Work includes daily inspection rounds, minor carpentry and repair work, adjusting doors and hardware, mounting shelves and fixtures, replacing handles and locks, patching small wall defects, sealant work, paint touch-ups, basic facility upkeep, logging faults and coordinating specialist repairs when a task requires a licensed or specialist trade.Base pay is €21.00 gross per hour for 40 hours per week. The employee is hired by MaViAl Sp. z o.o. and temporarily posted from Poland to the Netherlands where the legal requirements are met.Previous building or facility maintenance experience, safe tool use, basic English, independent working habits and reliable attendance are required.
