5-Axis CNC Machinist and Setup Technician

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is hiring an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist and Setup Technician for full-time, on-site work in Brescia, Lombardy, Italy.

Main responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres.
• Prepare workholding, cutting tools, tool data and work offsets.
• Load and verify programs and make controlled edits at the machine.
• Inspect first-off and production components against drawings and geometric tolerances.
• Record measurements, tool changes and non-conformities.

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant CNC milling and independent setup experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Sufficient Italian or English for technical and safety instructions.
• Legal right to work in Italy or the ability to satisfy the applicable legal employment requirements before work begins.
