Social Care Worker

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is accepting applications for a Social Care Worker position based in Wexford Town, County Wexford, Ireland.

The role supports adults or young people in residential and community-based social care settings. Work is person-centred, practical and focused on safety, dignity, independence and meaningful daily living.

• Provide care and support in line with each service user's assessed needs and care plan.
• Promote independence, choice, participation and community inclusion.
• Maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
• Build professional relationships with service users, families and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding, incident-reporting and risk-management procedures.
• Respond appropriately to changing needs and escalate concerns without delay.

Gross pay is €20–€30 per hour. The exact rate and roster depend on the confirmed assignment, verified experience and shift requirements. This is a full-time on-site position.

Candidates need a Level 7 or Level 8 Social Care qualification, or an equivalent qualification recognised for CORU registration; active CORU registration as a Social Care Worker; at least 12 months of relevant post-qualification experience; Garda vetting and required compliance checks; professional English communication skills; and valid work authorisation for Ireland.
