Senior Application Support Engineer

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland.

The role covers production application monitoring, incident response, SQL investigation, UNIX and Linux troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, release support and accurate operational documentation.

Applicants need at least four years of application-support or technical-operations experience, strong SQL and UNIX or Linux skills, experience with incident and problem management, the ability to analyse logs and production data, and working English suitable for technical collaboration and written records. A Level 6 ICT qualification or equivalent documented professional experience is required.
