Weekend Home Support Assistant

The role pays €16.83 gross per hour, including the paid-leave allowance, for approximately four daytime hours per week. The regular schedule is Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and every other Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00.

Responsibilities:

• Support a person with a disability in essential daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment.
• Provide practical help with administrative organisation.
• Assist with errands and other agreed daily-living tasks.
• Follow hygiene, comfort and prevention procedures.
• Observe changes in wellbeing and report relevant concerns.

Requirements:

• CAP, BEP or an equivalent personal-services qualification.
• At least one year of experience in a comparable home-support role.
• Category B driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Knowledge of hygiene, personal care and prevention standards.
• Service-focused attitude, empathy and attentive communication.
• Legal eligibility to work in France before employment begins.
