Driving and Road Safety Instructor

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a Driving and Road Safety Instructor for a permanent full-time position in Orléans, France.

The role pays €17.00–€25.00 gross per hour for 35 daytime hours per week. The driving school is located close to Orléans railway station.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical category B driving lessons.
• Teach road traffic rules and safe-driving principles.
• Evaluate each learner’s driving skills and progress.
• Assess the number of theory and practical lessons a learner requires.
• Adapt instruction to individual ability, confidence and learning pace.
• Maintain accurate lesson and progression records.

Requirements:

• BEPECASER or TP ECSR professional driving-instructor qualification.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to assess learner driving and teach vehicle operation safely.
• Patience, empathy and clear instructional communication.
• Rigour, precision and a responsive approach to road situations.
• Legal eligibility to work in France before employment begins.
