CNC Milling Machine Operator

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a full-time CNC Milling Machine Operator for on-site work in Lille, France.

Pay is €15.00–€21.00 gross per hour, depending on verified qualifications and experience. The schedule is 35 daytime hours per week under a nine-month temporary contract.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical drawings and specifications before machining.
• Program, set up and commission CNC milling machines.
• Receive and inspect raw workpieces before production.
• Launch production and complete manufacturing traceability records.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Inspect finished parts against drawings, tolerances and specifications.

Requirements:

• At least one year of CNC machining experience.
• A technical secondary-school or vocational qualification in machining, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Practical CNC programming and machine-setup skills.
• Accurate, dynamic and team-oriented working habits.
• Legal eligibility to work in France before employment begins.
