R&D Food Ingredients Assistant

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a full-time R&D Food Ingredients Assistant for on-site work in Le Havre, France.

Pay is €14.00–€17.00 gross per hour, depending on verified qualifications and experience. The schedule is 35 daytime hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical and compliance documentation for food raw materials.
• Track supplier specifications, allergen statements, non-GMO declarations and related records.
• Maintain the electronic document-management database and purchasing-quality files.
• Monitor supplier purchase volumes, product references and slow-moving stock.
• Prepare and update technical documents for commercial teams in France and export markets.
• Support product monitoring and sensory analysis of finished products and flavourings.

Requirements:

• A Bac+2 or equivalent qualification is required; Bac+3 is also suitable.
• Training in food science, food technology, agri-food, cosmetology or a related field.
• Knowledge of physicochemical or sensory analysis methods.
• Strong document-management, spreadsheet and office-software skills.
• Organised, analytical and accurate working habits.
• Legal eligibility to work in France before employment begins.
