Electrical Systems Quality Control Engineer

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is hiring an Electrical Systems Quality Control Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Tallinn, Estonia.

The engineer will inspect electrical installation work, verify compliance with drawings and technical specifications, document non-conformities, monitor corrective actions and support commissioning documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect cable routes, switchgear, panels, earthing and installed electrical equipment.
• Check installation work against approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Record defects and non-conformities and follow corrective actions through closure.
• Review material certificates, test records and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate quality matters with site managers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Follow site safety rules and report unsafe or non-compliant work.

Requirements:

• Technical education in electrical engineering, power engineering or a closely related field.
• At least three years of relevant electrical installation, inspection, supervision or quality-control experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and technical specifications.
• Working English sufficient for site communication and technical documentation.
• Accurate reporting, independent judgement and a safety-focused approach.
• Legal right to work in Estonia or another valid legal basis for employment.

Employment terms:

• Gross salary: €20 per hour.
• Full-time employment: 40 hours per week, normally Monday to Friday.
• Workplace: Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia.
• On-site role.
