MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a full-time Care Assistant / Altenpflegehelfer for elderly-care support in 19053 Schwerin, Germany.The role includes supporting residents with personal hygiene, dressing, meals and hydration; assisting with safe mobility, positioning and transfers within the assigned scope; preparing rooms and care materials; observing changes in condition or behaviour; reporting concerns immediately; completing basic care documentation; supporting daily routines and social participation; following infection-prevention, hand-hygiene, PPE, confidentiality, fall-prevention and resident-safety procedures; and working under the direction of qualified nursing staff.Salary: €18.50 gross per hour.
