Warehouse Team Leader — Cross-Border Distribution

MaViAl Sp. z o.o. is recruiting a full-time Warehouse Team Leader for a cross-border distribution operation in Cheb, Czechia.

The role covers shift planning, team coordination, inbound and outbound flow, WMS task control, safety, inventory accuracy, performance monitoring and structured shift handovers.

Candidates need at least two years of warehouse experience, previous responsibility for coordinating people during a shift and practical experience with warehouse management systems.
