Position Overview
Saint Francis Health System is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to assist patients, families, and customers. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve routine customer questions.
Assist with appointment scheduling and customer requests as assigned.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and patient information.
Follow company policies and established customer-service procedures.
Work effectively with team members in a remote environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ervaring
1+ year of customer service, call center, healthcare support, or administrative experience preferred.
Experience handling customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
Experience using computers, email, and basic office software.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Previous remote-work experience is a plus.
