Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when needed.
Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
Take and accurately enter customer orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments and handle bills accurately.
Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
