The role covers production-plan and specification review; control of desugarized sugar-beet molasses feed; monitoring of chromatographic separation and crystallization stages; distributed control system operation; process sampling; purity, concentration and moisture checks; clean-in-place and hygiene verification; diagnosis of process alarms and deviations; controlled corrective action; traceable batch and quality records; and technical handover.
